"Sweet Home Alabama" a great movie for those who enjoy a good comedy, and especially those who like Reese Witherspoon. Melanie Carmichael, an up and rising fashion designer in New York, has gotten almost everything she wished for since she was little. She has a great career and the JFK-like fiancée of New York City.

Dempsey's character is reminiscent of John F Kennedy Jr. As a woman you think this woman just can't go wrong with whomever she chooses, that's what's nice about this movie. The supporting actors are funny in their sweet red-neck ways. Andy Tennant is a genius at making you fall in love with these characters.
