For use by the operator of the vehicle moving the manufactured home, mobile home or commercial coach and the operator shall keep a copy of the application in his or her possession at all times during the movement. “Beneficiary” means a person or persons designated to become the owner or owners of a manufactured home, mobile home or commercial coach on the death of the preceding owner or owners. Scaling Up ADUs and piloting ADU and home renovation financing tools.
