So they would charge me more for living in Fort Mill or South Park for example then they would charge me for an area where the prices in the developments are a lot lower. So because of this they could not give me a base price of a home. He then said Im telling you right now we wont build a home for under $300,000. So to me even if you wanted one of their small homes in a decent area that you would be way overpaying. And from looking at these reviews it does not appear that they are great at doing these homes on my lot as they are more track builders. Ive built many homes before and this was the strangest.

The house is what they discribed to us as a "spec house;" which basically means there will be only one or two in the neighborhood.
