Don't really have much to complain about in regards to the house itself except for a few things here and there i. E poor dry wall mudding on the ceiling allowing you... I purchased my first home from True Homes and was told that I was purchasing the biggest lot in the neighborhood.

If I followed the way they wanted me to, we both would have wasted so much time and I would not have purchased through them. So they would charge me more for living in Fort Mill or South Park for example then they would charge me for an area where the prices in the developments are a lot lower. So because of this they could not give me a base price of a home. He then said Im telling you right now we wont build a home for under $300,000. So to me even if you wanted one of their small homes in a decent area that you would be way overpaying. And from looking at these reviews it does not appear that they are great at doing these homes on my lot as they are more track builders. Ive built many homes before and this was the strangest.

The house is what they discribed to us as a "spec house;" which basically means there will be only one or two in the neighborhood.
They now have perfected 5 wonderful legal models that their clients select from and personalize to fit their tastes. This is key to making a tiny home comfortable and livable. Our building permit records indicate that True Homes has worked on at least 3 projects over the past 3 years.
